First check your inbox and spam folder for the dispatch confirmation. If you still need help, email tahshastores@gmail.com with your order number so we can look into it.

Delivery updates

Carrier scans can take a little time to appear after dispatch. The carrier’s tracking page will provide the most current delivery updates once your parcel is in transit.
